yopolo terms of service
effective September 2026
1. acceptance
by creating an account or using yopolo, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. invitations
yopolo is invite-only. each invite is single-use and personal. when you send an invite, you vouch for the person receiving it. you are responsible for the accuracy of the number you enter.
3. accounts
one account per person. you must be 13 or older. you are responsible for your account and the activity on it.
4. verification
matching uses short-lived proximity checks and temporary data. attempting to fake, spoof, or manipulate verification — including your location or identity — may result in removal.
5. acceptable use
do not abuse, harass, scam, or impersonate. do not sell, trade, or harvest invites or accounts. do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
6. content & intellectual property
yopolo, the yopolo logo, and the "you play you know" name and experience are the property of the yopolo owner. you may not copy, resell, or reproduce the service or its branding.
7. reservation lists
reservation lists are coordination tools only. yopolo is not affiliated with listed businesses unless stated. be respectful when showing up in person.
8. no warranty
the service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service.
9. termination
we may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. you may stop using the service at any time.
10. changes
these terms may be updated. continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
