1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address, your chosen alias, and the contact information provided when an invite is sent to you. During matching, your location is used briefly to confirm proximity and is then discarded.
2. How Information Is Used
Your email is used for sign-in and account access. Your alias identifies you to other members during a match attempt. Location is used only at the moment of matching; it is not stored or tracked over time.
3. Temporary Data
Matching data is temporary by design. Location checks time out and are removed once a match completes or expires.
4. What Other Users See
Other users never see your email address, phone number, or location. The only information visible to others is the alias you choose, and only in the context of a match attempt.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except service providers required to operate the app (such as hosting and authentication), and only as needed for that purpose.
6. Security
Sensitive records are stored in hashed or cryptic form and protected by access controls. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but the service is designed to expose as little information as possible.
7. Your Choices
You control your alias and your participation in matching. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
